Finally some good news...the Certificate of Occupancy for the Community Center was delivered to the office on July 16, 2008. The Board of Directors are working with the attorneys to have the closing take place as soon as possible.

Board of Directors meetings are held the second Friday of every month (subject to change according to schedules. We will notify you in this space if the date changes). Please remember you must be current on all fees in order to be able to attend the meetings. Please check the payment due date on your payment coupons to assure payments are received by the due date. At each meeting the minutes from the last months meeting are presented for review and approval. Once they have been approved, they can be distributed. To this end, and at the suggestion of several homeowners, the minutes will appear in this space each month, reflecting the previous month.

Effective immediately Glen property owners will have access to the lake until 9pm. The closing time has been extended as previously noted.
The Generation Recreation Committee will be showing the movie "WALL E" Thursday July 31st at 4pm in the Gathering Room of the Community Center. Popcorn, soda and fruit drinks will be available for a small fee. All Glen children are welcome to attend. PLEASE...no outside food or drinks!!!

A Reminder About the Right to Access the Pool
Our pool area opened this Memorial Day Weekend and we remind you of the requirements to enjoy the pool, hot tub, etc.
You must be a Glen Property owner in good standing or the guest (but not a resident or member of the household whose account is in arrears) of one. This means that all of your fees and fines prior to those due in 2008 must be paid in full and you must be up to date in payment of your 2008 fees and fines. If you have a payment plan and have always made timely payments, you may continue to do so. Payments are, as always, accepted by cash, check, Visa or Mastercard. Credit card payments may be made by phone (588-5000). Your guests are welcome to use any of the amenities. However, if you are unable to accompany them to the pool, or any of the other amenities, we do ask that you call the office and let us know who will be coming. We also ask that they have proper identification as they will be required to show identification when they check in.
If you have any questions, please speak with us.
If you need to contact security after the building has closed, please call 570-807-8103. If you don't connect with an officer and leave a voice mail please call the building and leave the same message on the security voice mail at 570-588-5000. At times the cell phone voice messages are not reaching the officers right away. Hopefully by doing this security will be able to get back to you quicker.
