Beginning on January 15, 2017 there will be no guard at the gate during the overnight hours. If you or your guest experience any problems at the gate when there is no guard we have a call button located near the door of the gatehouse that when pushed, calls the security phone – or you could contact security directly at 570-807-8103.
Owners will have to utilize the gate website http://tamimentgatehouse.com (you can click the web address and be directed to the web page) and enter their guest in the system. The system then will automatically create a keypad code for you to give to your guest to use to gain entrance to the community. Owners who do not have an active access card will have to do the same for themselves and obtain a keypad code. The keypad is located on the swipe pad in the owner’s entrance lane at the gate and will only be active during the overnight hours when there is no guard at the gate. When using the keypad, users will have to put in their keypad code followed by the * key for the gate to open. If you do not have your username or password for the website, or have any
questions about this new procedure please call the office and one of our staff will be happy
to explain the process to you. No notice will be sent to tenants by the Association - it is the responsibility of property owners who rent out their property to notify their tenants
of this new procedure.
When you need to dispose of leaves and branches you can take them to the drop site at the compactor area. The leaf collection ares is clearly marked. Lehman Township has asked that you NO LONGER PUT THE LEAVES IN BAGS. They would rather you dump the leaves into the collection area and they will pick them up from there. Additionally, please do not put grass clippings or household trash at the leaf drop off site.
In order to access the compactor you must have an access card. If you are a property owner in good standing and haven’t stopped in to pick up your cards we ask that you do so as soon as possible, you won’t be able to dispose of your trash in the compactor without them. If you are unable to stop in the office during business hours - Monday thru Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm - please call the office and we will make arrangements for you to meet with security to get them. Please be aware the cameras at the compactor are working and if you are caught leaving trash anywhere other than inside of the compactor a citation in the amount of $150 or more will be issued. Also, please do not give your access card to another owner. You don't know if that owner is in good standing. If owners are caught allowing another owner to use their access card both owners will be issued a citation in the amount of $250.

Anyone wishing to use the exercise room or tennis court from 4:30pm – 6 pm weekdays and from 8am – 6pm on weekends should call security at 570-807-8103. The guard will meet you and open the building or court for you. All those using the exercise room or tennis court do so at their own risk. The association is not responsible for injuries or accidents.
Your guests must show the gate guard a current driver’s license and car registration before they
will be allowed to enter the community. If they don’t have the required documents they will be denied entrance to the community. Additionally, property owners cannot come to the gate and use their access card to allow their guests to enter the community. All guests must be registered with the gate guard. Owners who come to the gate and swipe their access card for guests will be issued a citation in the amount of $250 for “Unauthorized use of Glen equipment/facilities including but
not limited to compactor, roll off containers, ID cards, etc.”.

Board of Directors meetings are held the third Friday of every month (subject to change according to schedules. We will notify you in this space if the date changes). Please remember you must be current on all fees in order to be able to attend the meetings. Please check the payment due date on your payment coupons to assure payments are received by the due date.At each meeting the minutes from the last months meeting are presented for review and approval. Once they have been approved, they can be distributed. To this end, and at the suggestion of several homeowners, the minutes will appear in this space each month, reflecting the previous month.

At the July 16, 2012 Board of Directors meeting the board unanimously passed a motion that the entrance gate to the lake will be locked at 8:30pm Memorial Day through Labor Day. The gate will be locked at 6:30pm or at dusk (which ever occurs first) the remainder of the year. Lake access is available at the dock area across from the chalet. Please remember if you visit the lake you MUST remove any garbage you may have. We have received complaints about alcohol bottles, etc. left behind by individuals visiting the lake primarily at the Sandyville beach and boat launch area. Please be courteous and clean up after yourself so others may enjoy the lake.
If you need to contact security after the building has closed, please call 570-807-8103. If you don't connect with an officer and leave a voice mail please call the building and leave the same message on the security voice mail at 570-588-5000. At times the cell phone voice messages are not reaching the officers right away. Hopefully by doing this security will be able to get back to you quicker.
